Traditional Biltong and dried fruit snack

METHOD
Biltong (South African dried meat, made from beef, game or ostrich)
Droëwors (Dried sausage, made from ostrich or springbok)
Mixed nuts and almonds
Cut Biltong into thin slices and the Droëwors into small cubes.
Serve with nuts and almonds.
Dried fruits taste good together with the snack, which also pairs great with a locally brewed beer.
