- cherry lemonade

METHOD
1 l of water
1 kg of sugar
1 l of cherries
2 teaspoons of vanilla-flavoured sugar
BEFORE SERVING, ADD WATER. YOU MAY ALSO ADD ICE CUBES TO THE LEMONADE.
1 Mix the water, sugar and cherries and let the mixture stand until the sugar
has dissolved. Boil for 30 minutes until some of the liquid has evaporated.
2 Add the vanilla-flavoured sugar and allow to boil for 2 to 3 more minutes.
Strain the juice while it is hot and fill it into glass jars with airtight lids.
3 Store in a cool and dark place.
