200 g of green peas
2 sweet peppers cut into small cubes
300 g of prawns
200 g of boiled rice
2 spoonfuls of mayonnaise
1 teaspoon of curry
Salt and pepper
The juice of 1 lemon
For serving
Lettuce, black olives
1 Boil the peas and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
2 Cover the bottom and sides of a bowl with lettuce leaves and pour in the salad. Pour the lemon juice on top. Garnish with black olives.
