Peppermint crisp tart

METHOD
1 tin caramel (410 g)
1 pkt Tennis biscuits
(coconut flavoured biscuits)
500 ml beaten cream
3 Peppermint crisps
“Butter” biscuits with caramel. Place in a pie dish (preferably square). Place a layer of whipped cream over the biscuits and break peppermint crisp on top. Continue with layers, ending with a layer of cream.
Refrigerate overnight and sprinkle with peppermint crisp before serving.
