150 g of unsalted butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla-flavoured sugar
75 g of sugar
3 eggs
100 g of wheat flour
5 spoonfuls of raisins
1 Melt the butter and pour it into a bowl with
vanilla-flavoured sugar and sugar. Whip well.
2 Add the eggs one by one while whipping.
Slowly add the flour and raisins. Mix everything well.
3 Lay baking paper in a baking tin. Take spoonfuls from the mixture and distribute onto the paper. Allow a generous amount of space between the cakes. Bake the cakes in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees (347 degrees F) for 15 minutes. The biscuits should be very thin and slightly golden. Let them cool down on a platter.
