8 rolls

METHOD

7 dl of wheat flour
2 1/2 dl of rye flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 parcel of dry yeast
3 spoonfuls of olive oil
4 dl of lukewarm water
2 dl of chopped coriander and peppermint, or coriander and parsley

THE TASTE OF THESE ROLLS WILL REMIND
YOU OF LIFE IN THE MOUNTAINS

1 Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a bowl. Mix olive oil and water and pour into the bowl. Knead the dough thoroughly. Cover the
bowl with cling film and let the dough rise for one hour.
2 Knead the chopped herbs into the dough. Cut the dough
into eight parts and shape as rolls. Place the rolls on a
lubricated roasting tin. Cover the rolls and let them rise
for 30 to 40 minutes until they have doubled in size.
3 Bake the rolls at the bottom of the oven at
300 degrees C (572 degrees F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
