1 cup sugar
400 g cream cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar (or seeds from one vanilla pod)
400 ml double cream, lightly whipped

Passion fruit sauce:
3 passion fruits
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons water
