Frikkadel (meatballs)

METHOD

500 g beef mince
Half a large onion, finely chopped & sautéed
2 eggs
2 tablespoons fresh herbs
2 tablespoons paprika
Salt
Butter or oil for frying
Sauce:
The other half of a large onion, finely chopped
1 tin of whole tomatoes
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and black pepper

Mix the meat ball mixture together and make golf ball size meatballs. Fry until golden in the olive oil.
Make the sauce, sauté the onions, add the tomato, sugar, salt and pepper.
Add the meatballs and simmer for 25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked.

Serve with rice or pasta
