12 oysters
1 lemon
2 radishes
A few coriander leaves

Open the oyster and make sure it
smells fresh. Shred the radishes. Peel and clean the lemon. Remove the stones and membranes, then fillet and cut into smaller pieces. Garnish the oysters with lemon, radish, and chopped coriander.
