METHOD

1/2 watermelon
1/2 gala melon or sugar melon
3 spoonfuls of rose water
A little sugar, to your liking

1 Use a teaspoon and cut out small, round balls from the melon.
2 Put the melon balls in a glass bowl. Pour over rose water and stir very gently.
3 Sprinkle a little sugar over the melon if it is not sweet enough for you.
