Cheese gratinated monkfish
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
800 g monkfish
100 g grated cheese
1 tbs flat-leaved parsley, coarsely chopped
Lettuce for garnishing
1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
Cut the fish into slices,
3–4 cm thick, and arrange in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese, chopped
parsley, and salt and
pepper. Gratinate
at 250 °C for
about 5 minutes.
Serving:
Sprinkle with lemon
juice before serving.
Both pasta and
potatoes can
be used for
this dish.
